The October 2022 issue of Arts E-News features the announcement of the National Arts and Humanities Month. This includes a poster competition where two Delaware artists were featured: Michael Fleishman (Milford, DE) and Theresa Angela Taylor (Dover, DE). There is also information on registering for MLK Voice 4 Youth Competition and the Division’s Poetry Out Loud programming. Organizations also can access a new marketing resource drive for this year’s Arts and Economic Prosperity 6 Survey. On the Mezzanine highlights Joseph Barbaccia’s exhibition Polymer Painting, which is on display October 7-28. The Meet the Fellows section introduces Tad Sare, an Established Fellow in Media Arts: Video Film; and TANKSLEY, Emerging Fellow in Music: Contemporary Performance. The Arts Spotlight section features Division grantees Plastic Free Delaware, Mispillion Art League, and Wilmington Drama League. There is also information regarding funding opportunities and arts-related competitions.
