In 2004…

The inaugural edition of the Delaware Artist Roster was developed in 2004. Compiled by the Delaware Division of the Arts (DDOA), this publication was designed to serve as a valuable resource for performing arts centers, galleries, colleges, festivals, schools, parks, civic organizations, businesses, municipal governments, and any other group that presents the work of artists within their community. The roster describes literary, performing and visual artists from Delaare who are available to exhibit, perform, or present programs in venues across the state.
