This week on Delaware State of the Arts Podcast, Kaitlin Ammon interviews Delaware poets Jane Miller, a 2021 Established Fellow in Literature: Poetry, and Jack Mackey, a 2021 Emerging Fellow in Literature: Poetry, about their upcoming, joint poetry reading. They also discuss ൪uartet, the online poetry journal that Miller helped to found and now co-edits, and its most recent issue. The three begin the interview by discussing Miller and Mackey’s fellowship awards and how important being part of a community of writers is to them. Afterward, Miller and Mackey talk about their excitement to get to do an in-person reading again as the group moves into discussing the poets’ upcoming poetry reading. Stay tuned to the end to learn about ൪uartet and what makes it different from other online poetry journals.

Miller and Mackey’s upcoming joint poetry reading is part of the Poets’ Corner Reading Series at St. Thomas’s Episcopal Church in Newark, DE, and it takes place on Saturday, October 16 at 4:30 p.m.
