Arts Alive Delaware is made possible, in part, by a partnership with DETV. DETV Foundation, Inc. (DETV) is a Wilmington, Delaware based self-sustaining public access/leased access (PALA) cable channel and studio facility. The purpose is to empower residents to share their voices and creativity, create a greater sense of community pride, and invigorate people with the power of media and artistic expression.
